Broken Frame Repairs

Working with glass means accidents happen.

In most cases, I can carefully remove your flowers and create a new frame. In the event flowers are not fixable, I can replace some or even the whole bouquet. Repairs can take up to one month.

Damage During Shipping

I purchase enough shipping insurance to cover the cost of repairs and return shipping if your frame is damaged in transit.

If it's safe to do so, carefully remove the broken glass. If not, securely wrap the frame between the two protective boards it was originally shipped with, using plenty of bubble wrap which was included, and mail it back to me.

For shipped orders, I keep any extra flowers from your arrangement until your piece arrives safely, just in case they're needed for repairs.

Other Repairs

For damage not caused by shipping or my work, the client is responsible for the cost of a replacement frame. The standard $100 processing fee is waived (unless more flowers must be purchased) but the replacement frame is charged at the following rates:

  • Floating Frames

    • 11x14: $150

    • 16x20: $250

  • Shadow Boxes

    • 12x16: $150

    • 16x20 or 18x24: $200

Please contact me before shipping a damaged piece so I can help you determine the best next steps.

Good as new!
